| Young
Elements services are booked by appointment only.
Alison takes appointments 5 days a week, including
evenings. Saturdays are reserved for demonstration
days at your home for groups of five friends. |

| What are
your travel perimeters? |
| Young
Elements caters to Johannesburg and surrounds. Alison
is always willing to negotiate a travelling fee
for a special event elsewhere in Gauteng or South
Africa. Please call to discuss your requirements
and we will compile a special event quotation. |

| What forms
of payment are accepted? |
Young
Elements accepts internet transfers, cash and
guaranteed cheques. A 50% booking deposit
is required for
treatment packages exceeding R1000 and for any
special event packages. Balance must be paid before
treatment and proof of payment faxed to 086
587 4049. |

| What is
your cancellation policy? |
| In
order to avoid losing your deposit, Young Elements
requires that you cancel yourappointment at least
48 hours in advance. |

| Do you offer
any discounts? |
| Yes,
Young Elements offers a 10% discount for demonstration
days at your home for groups of 5 (or more)
friends. All the other spa therapy at home
services are already very well priced and are
therefore not subject to discounts. Periodically
through the year, Young Elements does offer special
promotions, please watch out for these discounted
offers. |

| What if
I am running late for my appointment? |
| If
you are not present at the set time for your appointment,
Young Elements will give you a 15 minute grace
period. The treatment will however end at
the scheduled time in order not to inconvenience
subsequent clients. |

| What should
I do to prepare before you arrive? |
| In
order to make your spa experience as comfortable
and relaxing as possible, it is recommended
that you make the space as clutter free as possible.
Please keep pets out of the room. It is best that
smaller children not be in the area during your
treatments, due to the products, and equipment.

| What about
special requests? |
| Young
Elements brings everything that will make your
spa at home experience special, such as candles,
music, incense, towels, gowns and slippers. However,
if you have your own favourite music we can accommodate
this. Please discuss any further special
requests with Alison during your phone consultation. |

| Can I buy
the products, if I enjoy the results? |
| Yes. Young
Elements is sure that you will enjoy the results
as the Esse products are an outstanding home-grown
and yet internationally certified range. These
products are developed for specific use in wellness
spas, however, Alison is fully trained and experienced
with these products and is a recognised distributor. During
your spa experience, please discuss which products
you enjoy and place an order at the end of the
spa experience. As a client of Young Elements,
you can call at any time to replenish your products. |
